What is Godaddy?

Godaddy is an internet domain registration company and web hosting provider . Godaddy is said to be the largest ICANN- accredited organization of registrars in the world .

They have been working since 1997 and is considered one of the oldest internationally. To this day, many people have trusted this company (it is said that about 14 million customers). Over time they have been incorporating other services related to the digital world.

My Personal Opinion

For many, it may be interesting to find so many products from the same supplier.

• Domain Auctions.
• Website Builder.
• Web Hosting.
• Dedicated IP.
• DNS Premium
• Dedicated Servers.
• Email Marketing.
• Mail and Microsoft Office.

On some occasions I have recommended using Godaddy's WordPress-specific hosting because they are quite cheap and many people are not willing to make large investments to start.

I have even  revealed a trick where everything can be much cheaper when buying. So my recommendation, "only for the pocket."

Yes, it is one of the most important domain registrars that exist. Currently the only thing I use from Godaddy is its Domain Auctions program , which if you like the world of buying and selling I recommend it.

If you are looking to create a website using Godaddy's own site builder then it means that you are not very knowledgeable. In this case, I would recommend using other alternatives that you will find below, such as this one .

 Godaddy Advantages

• Cheap Domain Registration.
• They have no bandwidth limit (monthly traffic that your website can receive).
• Their hosting plans offer a lot of disk space (storage).
• Domain auction program.
• Low prices with frequent discounts.
• Available in all countries.

 Disadvantages of Godaddy

• Poor support. It is only by phone, there is no ticket or chat system.
• Somewhat slow and saturated servers, its speed could be improved.
• Sometimes the procedures are complicated.
• It does not include its own CDN, but an external service such as CloudFlare could be added.
• Bad hosting administration panel.

Godaddy uses its own hosting administration panel. In my opinion I like the hosting that is managed by Cpanel since you can configure and touch many more parameters.
